What is Real BBQ?

Troy Vermillion: Yeah grateful to have this conversation and for taking the time you know I read something interesting about you which I found peculiar considering maybe I just don't know anything about the Ukraine maybe I don't know enough about the Ukraine but I read your huge fan of BBQ and here in the South Yurii I don't know if you know this if you spent much time kind of traveling much but here in the South they consider BBQ one thing and it's pig like if it's not pig it's not BBQ now I'm from Northern California yeah I know right I'm from Northern California and anything you put on a BBQ is BBQ.
