Troy is the founder and host of the "What the Tech" Podcast, a innovative show for technology business leaders who want to learn how to innovate grow, and scale their companies without barriers.


He's also a keynote speaker and industry leader in the Benefits, HR and tech space. But before he was any of those things, he was just a regular guy who was really into technology.


In fact, he was such a tech nerd that he decided to start his own podcast about it. And that's how the "What the Tech" Podcast was born.
