The BENEFITS of Working Remotely, Flexible Work, and Hybrid Work

Conor Sweeney: A really great conversation that I had on that podcast and one of the things that I touched on that I'm still a firm believer in today is I think not just the tech industry but every industry has really I think over indexed and over pressured themselves to confine themselves to this are we a remote first company are we hybrid are we in office and look I think the last couple of years has been challenging for everyone and what we don't know is what we don't know and The thing is even 2 1/2 years later there's still a lot that we don't know and that we're trying to figure out and so this kind of thesis that I've developed you know over the last especially year or two is that all organizations really need to take what I refer to as a flexible first approach.
